moomoo — a creator roster built to trade
By Nxtfluencez · October 25, 2026
Client: moomoo — global stock and options trading platform. Market: United States (priority). Format: YouTube — dedicated and integrated creator videos. Status: Live — outreach running, negotiations in progress.
The challenge
moomoo needed YouTube creators who don't just talk about trading — they trade, on camera, in front of audiences who can tell the difference. The brief was deliberately strict: US-priority creators with 100K+ subscribers, real trading and investing content (live trades, platform demos, personal strategies, brokerage reviews) — and a hard line against institutional accounts and course sellers. Quality over volume, with rates and availability needed on a rolling basis for brand review.
What we did
Built a vetted roster of 115 creators — 37 channels at 500K+ subscribers and 78 at 100K+ — each profiled with the metrics that actually predict performance: subscribers, average and median views, engagement rate, upload cadence over the last 60 days, average video length and exact niche.
Ran a structured outreach engine, not a mail blast. Every creator receives an individual pricing conversation — dedicated video, integrated video and 30-day usage rights priced separately — followed by a disciplined multi-step follow-up sequence. The system stops the moment a creator replies, and automatically removes addresses that bounce, so no creator is ever chased after answering and no dead inbox is ever mailed twice.
Sourced in parallel through 46 influencer-marketing agencies, briefed on the same creator standard, to widen the funnel without lowering the bar — plus a public LinkedIn requirement post that brought inbound supply to us.
Kept the brand's rule absolute: every creator on the roster genuinely trades. Creators who didn't meet the standard were removed and replaced, not argued for.
How it ran
Outreach went live on 20 October 2026 and runs daily. Replies are tracked creator by creator; rate negotiations are in progress across the roster, and shortlists roll to the brand for review each week.
Status so far
The brand's written feedback on the roster: they are "really happy with the quality of the creators." Negotiations are ongoing — this case study will be updated with final creator count, content links and campaign results as the campaign completes.
