1. Non-Advisory Content Boundary
Under no circumstances are creators contracted through Nxtfluencez permitted to offer personalized financial or investment advice, execute discretionary trades on behalf of followers, or guarantee financial returns. All content is positioned strictly as educational platform walkthroughs, software reviews, or promotional overviews.
2. Prominent Paid Promotion Disclosures
Every video, short, reel, or post produced through our agency must carry conspicuous sponsorship disclosures compliant with FTC guidelines (US), ASA/CAP rules (UK), and ESMA provisions (EU). On YouTube, creators must enable the native "Includes paid promotion" banner and place written sponsorship wording at the top of the video description and pinned comment.
3. Territory & Jurisdiction Matching
We verify that creators are appropriately positioned for the client's domestic licensing footprint. If a broker does not service retail customers in the United States, we reject candidates with predominantly North American audiences to prevent regulatory violations.
4. Pre-Publication Review Protocol
Prior to any content release, our compliance team reviews the creator's draft video for accurate product representation, proper risk disclosures, and adherence to negative keyword lists (e.g. banning words such as "guaranteed profit", "free money", or "can't lose").
