The brief
MH Markets pays on performance: a commission for every qualified funded account a creator delivers, with rates tiered by deposit size and lots traded — and different priority across more than 50 eligible markets. The agency task: find trading creators inside the priority GEOs, present the model honestly, and protect the brand while doing it.
What we did
Built the first creator sheet: 30 creators, each with real, harvested metrics — subscribers, views, engagement — matched market-by-market against the broker's GEO policy. Business emails were kept off the client sheet by design; contact data lives in our internal database and is used only after a client shortlists. Delivered a 20-creator expansion sheet on the same standard after the client reviewed the first — new markets, same vetting. Ran staged outreach: a first message introduces the partnership; the exact CPA terms — tiers, qualification rules, GEO rates — go only to creators who express interest. No creator is pitched numbers they haven't asked to see. Screened for brand safety — and removed a creator who owned a competing brokerage, along with the complaint history around it, before the client ever saw the name.
How it ran
Model: CPA — cost per qualified funded account, tiered by deposit and trading volume. Both sheets were delivered and shared with the client for decision and shortlist picks.
